I am a seasoned entrepreneurial product and business leader with more than 15 years experience driving business, creative, technical, operational, and content innovation across global, matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams. I have a passion for user-focused implementation of emerging technologies, setting strategy, creating content and tools to optimize workflows, and increasing transparency for all stakeholders.
My expertise spans across product strategy and go to market, product management, engineering management, customer experience, design, product requirements, and data analytics. I use a combination of user feedback, data analysis, rich experience, and informed intuition to drive decisions that elevate customer satisfaction and positively influence business metrics. I excel in problem-solving, consensus-building in complex projects, and high-judgement decision making. My experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and UX/UI research coupled with holistic experience, guides my product development decisions. I have developed my leadership skills by leading diverse product teams of engineers and designers, both large and small.
Most recently, I led the Franchise Operations team, guiding our most ambitious and complex IP projects (e.g. Tomb Raider) across multiple Amazon media (Prime Video, Audible, Games, Retail, etc.) ensuring coordination across divisions and providing regular updates to senior leadership. Before that, I was WW Product Leader for Prime Video Marketing, and led horizontal teams at Amazon Prime Video/Studios, launching AR and VR apps, voice-driven Alexa experiences, and new worldwide, localized Prime Video features and associated content (games, video, interactive, copy) for all. Previously, I founded MaxPlay and poptank.
I’ve built things like companies and products and ad campaigns and robots. I have won patents and marketing/advertising awards. For a long time, I taught undergrad and grad school at Parsons as well as NYU and Yale.
